This is Pielogi!!!!  Have you ever eat Pielogi?

When I came to Canada,I ate in the house of the host family  for the first time.
I thought that Pielogi is Canadian traditional food.   But  this is ukurain and Poland national staple.

cheese, a potato, a mushroom, sauerkraut enter in this.  Also, this is eaten for dessert well.  cherry, strawberry,  blackberry, blueberry, peach,  apple enter in this.
I like gyoza. so when I saw Pielogi, I thought that it was gyoza.  I like Pielogi than gyoza now.

My recommendation is to eat with salt and pepper.
Because it is really delicious, please eat!!!!!!!!
